The Decatur Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will host a Candidates’ Forum for candidates vying for Georgia’s 4th Congressional District seat on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Community Achievement Center located at 4522 Flat Shoals Parkway in Decatur, GA.
