RE: POSSIBLE LOSS OF ACCREDITATION (SEE LETTER TO SACS)
The DeKalb County Branch NAACP is holding a press conference Monday, October 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the NAACP DeKalb office located at 3011 Rainbow Dr. Suite 180A, Decatur, GA 30034.
The purpose for the press conference is to reveal the secrecy or lack of information provided by SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). SACS ignored the DeKalb NAACP request to answer our questions.
We are deeply disturbed that Black schools systems seem to be targeted while turning a blind eye to white school systems. Losing accreditation is a serious blow to any school system.
We are demanding some answers to this puzzle.
