The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF)
CBCF Communications Internship Program.
The program is designed for college undergraduates who are majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or other media-related fields.
The CBCF will offer college students an opportunity to work with the communications director/press secretary in a congressional office or committee on Capitol Hill.
The program runs from Tuesday, September 8th through Friday, December 11, 2009.
Interns will receive a stipend of $4,000 and housing in Washington, DC.Nominate no more than two (2) students who have strong written/oral skills and the temperament to work in a fast-paced environment.

All applicants must be nominated by a faculty or staff member from a college/university that is familiar with the students performance in the classroom setting.
